I stayed for 2 nights and was disappointed with the lack of 24-hour room service. The food I ordered was inedible, with a nasty smell coming from the beef burger. Additionally, when I asked the front desk for assistance with my luggage, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated before my early morning flight.

I had a wonderful stay with a room that exceeded my expectations and fantastic service that made me feel like royalty, and I especially enjoyed how easy it was to take a stroll to soak in the charm of nearby attractions like St Benedict's Church, which is just under 1 km away, and the beautiful architecturally rich Marienplatz, about 3.5 km from the hotel. as a single traveler who loves exploring the city on foot, I appreciated the clean and well-maintained room that catered perfectly to my needs. that said, the location is a bit unusual and not particularly convenient if you arrive by public transport, but the tram ride takes about 15 minutes from the train station, so it's manageable.

Loved chilling in my Deluxe King Room, especially with the cozy bed and a stunning view of the city. The hotel also had a great pool and a fantastic spa for some much-needed relaxation. Just a heads up, the entrance can be a bit tricky to find, but it’s totally worth it! 😊

Check-in and check-out were smooth and prompt. The lobby bar offered exceptional service, making every visit pleasant. The fitness center had excellent equipment available, making it easy to maintain my workout routine. I appreciated that the breakfast provided a variety of options each morning, including fresh vegetables and eggs.

However, breakfast refills were slow at times, requiring reminders to replenish dishes.

The heated toilet was the coolest surprise! The room was spacious and modern, also loved the breakfast spread, especially the fresh pastries! Only downside was the dirty carpet in the hallway. Overall, great stay! 😊
